Terms and Conditions First: Return and Exchange Policy 1. All orders are not exchangeable or refundable after the completion of the purchase. 2. By completing the payment process, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the specifications of the order as entered, and this is considered a final, non-cancellable, and unchangeable acceptance. Second: Custom Orders (Personalized Products) 1. All orders that include writing names, phrases, or any customization based on the customer's request are considered "special orders." 2. The customer acknowledges and agrees upon completing the purchase that special orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, returned, or refunded after the order is confirmed and approved. 3. Completing the payment process is a clear and final approval of all details and specifications of the customized order. Third: Responsibility for Receiving the Shipment 1. The responsibility for tracking and receiving the shipment transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery of the order to the shipping company. 2. The customer commits to follow up with the shipping company and receive the order within the specified period. 3. If the shipment is not received for any reason attributable to the customer, they are not entitled to request cancellation or refund. 4. In case of reshipping the order at the customer's request, the customer bears all re-shipping fees and any additional charges resulting from that. Fourth: Duration of Preparing Special Orders 1. The preparation time for special orders is from 5 to 15 working days. 2. The preparation duration may vary depending on seasons, order volume, or operational circumstances, and the customer agrees to this upon completing the purchase.
